Connecting the Salesforce embedded integration to your telephony environment is hugely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. With integration tool Bubble, during an incoming or outgoing phone call, you no longer have to look for customer details manually but they appear directly in a Salesforce pop-up notification and you can perform various actions such as opening a customer card from there.
Embedded pop-up notification
Bubble has a number of unique features. This integration ensures that you immediately get all relevant customer data on a phone call. From the overview that appears, which can also be fully customised by the user, department or company, you can immediately perform the desired action. The information you can display in the pop-up can be found under tab parameters and the available buttons under tab buttons. When transferring a call to a colleague, the customer information moves with it. By default, the pop-up notification in Salesforce is visible from the moment your softphone, desk phone or other device rings until the call ends. If you have set up to see the pop-up notification in the Salesforce Service Console, you can specify whether to open the relationship in the current tab or to open a new (internal) tab.
Functionalities
In addition to the above mentioned pop-up notification capabilities, Bubble is equipped with many more functionalities. If you also use other applications, you can even show the CRM information or buttons from other applications in the Salesforce integration, if you wish. The full list of features can be found under tab functions, but we have already listed a few important ones for you:
- Dialing out with one click on a phone number in your CRM, browser or other program with the Click & Call feature.
- With Call Control, you control your desk phone, softphone or other device directly from Salesforce (provided your telephony platform supports it).
- Easily search CRM contact data in the Searchbar and perform the desired action (call, whatsapp, Teams chat, mail, etc.).
- The Call Waiting function lets you easily switch between pop-up notifications of incoming phone calls.
- If several relations are known under one number you can browse through the results with the Multi result function.
- The Call History function allows you to see all contact moments with the phone number over the last 90 days so you can immediately see which colleague had the last contact.
- At the end of every call, there will be pushed a Call Log to the CRM, so that every call is logged under the relation card in the CRM.
- Make a call note immediately with the Call Note function that will be logged together with the Call Log and becomes visible to you and your colleagues in the Call History.
- Immediately give your call registration the desired Call Tag (call disposition) that can be made available at administrator level.
- Determine the Theme Modes yourself by setting the colours to day or dark modes.
- Easy and secure login based on Single sign-on (Microsoft, Google or Apple account).
Call Report
In Salesforce, a comprehensive reporting tool is available that allows you to create reports that provide insight into various user statistics. This includes, for example, call tags (call disposition), call notes and other call data so that you have all the tools you need to manage data.
Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows. Think, for example, of running a script or automatically opening the call-note-screen instead of having to click it open.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the embedded Salesforce Software CRM connector - to your telephony platform is very easy. The procedure is different per telephony platform but one thing they all have in common, you don't have to be a technician to do it.

Search CRM contact information from the 'SearchBar' desktop toolbar. From here you can open the customer card, start a phone call directly, send an email/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams message or view the call history. Mark call records with predefined CRM tags.

Call control
Provided your telephony platform supports it, full call control is available in the pop-up notification. This allows you to control your desk phone, softphone or other device from the notification.

Call waiting
If you are also offered other calls during a phone call, those calls will appear at the bottom of the pop-up notification and you can easily switch based on a mouse click.

Theme mode
Switch the colour mode manually or based on your system preferences to day- or darkmode.

Realtime API (user based)
Authentication with CRM application at user level. Please note, if you want to clone the profiles to other users in the organization, the user data will be copied also. To prevent this, you can request a clone template from us that does not copy these values.

Make use of all the functionalities Bubble has to offer. The pop-up notification is fully integrated into the CRM system itself.

Mute the pop-ups for a while? Mute the notifications with a simple mouse click until you turn them on again.

Don’t want to see a pop-up when a colleague calls you internally? Possibility to turn this function on or off.

Sorting result
Prefer to show contacts first instead of companies when using ‘multi-result’? Decide the order yourself.

Recall conversations
In one click, the completed conversation popups can be retrieved to show the information again.

During a phone call, a timer is visible in the pop-up where the duration is displayed in seconds.

Display the name of the colleague who last spoke or tried to call the caller in the past 3 months.
